My Grandmother, Beatrice Whiteside was born in 1898 in Germantown PA. Her father died when she was young, maybe 7. Any connection?
She married Henry German Hood in 1920, had three children, Frank 1922, Henry Jr 1924 and George 1926. She died in 1998.
