My grandfather was also Joseph Griffiths,although Welsh, he was born in Chester England, which is on the border with Wales. Born March 12, 1980, to Thomas and Jane Griffiths. Immigrated to Canada, don't know when, married in Quebec to Martha Porter, children:- Alma, Alice, Ken, Arnold, Evelyn, Ada, and Naomi. Is this any help?
