My father's name is Bill Smith. Also, Billy Smith. He has been married numerous times and I have many many half brothers and sisters out there. Bill was a con man and usually had a "medical condition". Please e-mail me if you have any information. I know he was married to a Sandy, Irma, Melody, Debbie, Terri, Pam, and Diane.
