Have been searching for years for the parents of William L. Terhune born about 1816, probably in New Jersey. Moved to Kentucky. Married Elizabeth Ann Johnson of Paris, Ky. According to family tradition, owned a farm in Flemingsburg, Ky. Inherited slaves from Elizabeth's mother. Listed in 1850 Ky. census as William Lertune. Any information on either he or Elizabeth would be greatly appreciated.
