John Deegan arrived in New York from Australia in the early 1800's. He married Josephine Maintain and they had at least one child. His name was Charles Alfred Deegan, he worked for Metapolitan Life Ins. and he married Maude Johnson in Jersey City, New Jersey. They had 4 children. Charles Deegan was born in Greenpoint, New York on 23 Aug 1855. Maude Johnson was born in England, 15 Jan 1858. Her parents were Joseph Johnson and Emma Thackary both of England. I would like to get some info on John Deegan and the rest of his family. Also I have nothing on Maude Johnson's family. Charles Jr. was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on 25 Aug 1886. Any info would be appreiciated, thanks.
