I am looking for Herbert Augustus Catling. Born in Roydon Norfolk England, emmigrated to Canada in April 1887 with his family. They settled in Seaforth Ontario, then Clinton, the Duck Islands, Cockburn Island and finally Sault Ste Marie Ontario. My last record of Herbert was in the 1901 census for the Duck Islands. After that he was reported to have moved to Cockburn Island where the Catling Family settled. They lived there for many years and there is no mention of Herbert Augustus whatsoever. The Manitoulin News paper ran a full spread article on the Island of Cockburn Island with family stories and marriage, death and birth records. There again is no mentioning of Herbert Augustus. So what happened to him I do not know. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks for you help. Sincerely Don Catling
