My family is related to Wilhelm Otto Gronen from Germany. My grandfather is John Otto Gronen and his uncle was Otto Gronen. I believe their father or grandfather was a German army general, originally named Von Groenen but changed when he emigrated to the US. He fought in the Prussian war.My family has the complete tree if more info is needed.
