i dont know if this is relievent my grand parents were born and brought up in bethenal green grandad name : JOHN WILLIAM ALABASTER he had several brothers one started alabaster renta vans around ilford area my the sons name was terry he took over the business when he got old. my granddad in the war he was in the fire service he died approx 4 yrs ago buried in st marys church chingford E4.
