My father is from London, and my Grandfather is as well.
Greatgrandfather was from Berkshire, however, I am
unsure of his name and his birthplace.
My Aunt Patrica Slark has traced our family back
to 980, via church records in Berkshire. I bet we
all may be cousins! She also found that in ancient
Norse Slark means "settlers of the fjord", apparently
it is a rough translation.
