I have traced my family back to Ishmael Bennett of Hanover. He was one of the early settlers of the Wyoming Valley along the banks of the Susquehanna River. My understanding is that he was a son of John Bennett of Stonington. I would like to know more about John/2 and John/2 of Stonington and their ancestry back into England.
