I would appreciate any help I can get. I think that the information I need would come from Allen and Hardin Counties in Ohio. Information on my gg-grandfather Samuel Matter who was born in Switzerland. Came to America from Bern. Uncle once said that the family was Prussian. When he was naturalized, he listed his home as Germany/Switzerland. He was born about 1807. He married Elisabeth Stettler of Bern, Switzerland-b. 1812. She is buried in Emanuel Cemetery in Allen County, Ohio. If Samuel is buried there, he has no gravemarker.
Also, I would like to hear from someone who has some information on Harrison Bebb (b.1/1/1848-d. 1/14/1915) and Elizabeth (Phillips?) Carman (b. 4/4/1845-d.3/11/1921) They are buried in the Carman Cemetery on U. S. 30 close to the Hardin County line.
Also, I would like to hear from someone who has some information on Marshall Carman (b. 12/21/18120 d. 10/5/1886), married to Deborah Latham Carman (b. 1812- d. 1896) I don't know where they are buried.
