Grandfather Major Cleveland Powers married Frances Caudill daughter Of David H.& Martha (Hollaway)Caudill
Have Major's family but need more on his grandfather-Major married to Mary then Polly and his 18 children. I think I have trace the Caudills back to Samuel Caudill born 7-7-1818 (married Mary Blevins 1839) son of David and Lucinda "Sina" Walker but must verfiy. Can't find anything on Martha Hollaway born 15 Aug 1853 died 14 Sept 1943 married 01-Jan 1874 (came from another county southward). Would be happy to get any info.
