Just thought i would add to this seeing as i share a seemingly uncommon surname! At the moment we live in New Zealand having arrived here in 1970 from Long Island, NY. Fathers name is David, son of Louise and Pepino..can't really give too much more info sorry! : Saw your message when I was looking up Pizzone for my mother-in-law, her parents came from this town,my mother-in-law, is 80 years old, her father was Peter Dichristofano and her mother was Domenica, ( maiden name ,also the same), they changed there name when they came to the U.S. to Christopher, were oringinally in Chicago, then moved to Cleveland, Ohio.Don't know if this is any help to you.
