I'm searching for any information on the family of Effie Eunice Howe of SC. She was b. 19 Jan 1889, prob. in SC, d. Apr 1972 in Easley, Pickens Co. SC. She married Andrew "Andy" Jackson Tant 03 Apr 1908 in Conyers, Rockdale Co. GA. Shortly afterwards, they moved to SC, and lived around the Central, SC, and Easley, SC areas. Andy was a Methodist minister in the Pickens Co. area at various churches. Rev. Andy Tant died abt. 1943 in Central, SC. Both Andy and Effie are buried at Pickens View Wesleyan Church Cemetery. The only thing that I know about Effie Howe's family is that she had a younger brother by the name of Andrew. Since she lived in SC most of her life, I feel that her family was most likely from the Pickens Co. area, or nearby. I have been stumped for quite a long time on this Howe family and would appreciate any help on this.
