Trying to find the parents of Jesse Rippy born 1826 ,not sure where,in PA, assuming possible Cumberland CO,since many were there , he is found later in Clinton CO ,1850 .Is a Mary Rippy/widow in Lycoming County his mother ? thank you , Chic
