I am looking for information on Richard D. Rainey from Sparta Il. Richard's middle name might be Delman which was his father's name. His father was born in 1909 and married Edna Edmunds in 1928 in perry county Il. Richard was born probably in the early 1930's and lived in Randolph County IL (probably around Sparta. He served in the military in Europe (France and Germany)as a supply or transportation specialist. Richard may still be alive (his dad died in 1966 though). It is very important that I find him.
