Hi, Here also is another Slark even a Joan but I usually go by Wendy.
I can tell you the origins of the name Slark!! There is information about this name in the transactions of the Lancashire and Cheshire Antiquarian Society in which the name Slark is described as meaning an inlet (in land from sea) in old Norse.
So its a Viking name!!! If you're in Australia you may even be related to the family I have married into!!
On the URL given you wil find I am oing a family tree but I haven't yet got round to the Slark bit!!
