There was a Teresa (or Theresa) Rector (by marriage) who retired from Howard University some years ago. These were very fair-skinned African Americans with straight hair. The males--her husband and sons (I believe there were 2) had a streak of white or platinum hair in front. The Human Resources Department keeps personnel records and may be able to help you. The number for Howard is 202-806-1000. We had no personal relationship and I don't know if they are still in the area.
