Looking for relatives of my g-grandfather Vinson Hames Shelton, b 1832 in Alabama. He married Charity A. Lewis in 1868 in Hempstead, Arkansas. Vinson had three brothers, Franklin, Lige (Elijah?), and Robert. The Shelton family moved from Arkansas to Lamar County, Texas in the 1890's where Vinson died in 1898. His three children, Henry Clay, Ada, and William O. all moved to McClain County, Oklahoma about 1910. (kenshelton@att.net)
