I have a missing sister. her dad's name was Noah Napier. her mother's name was Allie messer.Allie messer died sometimes in the late 20's, giving birth to Ethal Napier. My father could'nt raise her alone, she was born with a mental disabilty. The last location, that we know of , she was married, and lived in Ohio. could be Hamilton or Clevveland Ohio. She would be in her 70's, if she is living.It would be deeply appreciated on any information, we could find on her, whether she be living or deceased. Thank you
