James Harvey Nealy. Born in Overton,TN in 1846 according to info I have. I don't know if that is town or county. I have heard that his father was possibly named William. I would like anything on father/mother/siblings and confirmation of location. I am new to this and don't know how difficult that is to look up. Please let me know if I ask too much. Thanks
