My father was adopted in Borger, Texas in the early 40's or 50's. We only know that his birth name was Frank. He supposedly came from a family having hard times. His name was changed after his adoption to
Robert Joe Novak and his adoption records have been sealed. I am the only son of my father and am desparately searching for any members of his family that may still be living. He may have had many brother's and sisters. If there is anyone out there
who has any kind of information please contact me. My father was about 6 years old at the time of his adoption. He would be in his late 50's now.
